Videographer with Event Highlights Video Editing – $2,200 per 4 hours event

Capture the key moments and atmosphere of the night. We’ll film the event and deliver a polished highlights video that’s easy to share with your team after.

Stage Disco Lighting – $450 per pair

Turn up the energy with a compact stage lighting set, perfect for smaller groups. Includes 2 UFO lights + smoke machine to create a fun dance-floor vibe for entrances, games, and party segments.

Event Lighting Package – $2,800 (up to 250 pax) / $3,600 (up to 350 pax)

Elevate the entire D&D atmosphere with professional event lighting. We set lighting cues for the night so your event looks great in person and on camera, delivering to you brighter stage moments, flattering dinner lighting, and dynamic effects for the party segments.

Extension of Instant Print Station – $150 per additional hour

Extend the instant print fun so more guests can get their photo keepsakes. Ideal if you expect longer queues or want prints available throughout more of the program.

Photowall (12ft x 8ft) – $1150 per unit

A premium photo backdrop that elevates the venue and guest experience. Great for VIP shots, group photos, and branded event moments.

Q1: Does the bundle include an emcee?

No, emcee/show host is not included. You can add one separately based on your preferred style and budget. Browse our selection here

Q2: Are your prices inclusive of GST?

Our prices are nett and have no GST.

Q3: Can I remove items from the bundle?

Yes, where appropriate. If your venue already provides items (e.g., LED wall or in-house AV), tell us what’s included and we’ll adjust the bundle accordingly (subject to bundle minimums).

Q4: What is the visual control system?

We manage seamless switching between slides/videos and different laptops so your program runs smoothly without awkward black screens or desktop interruptions.

Q5: What does “basic event support” mean?

We provide a program template and on-site support for your committee during the event. It does not include full coordination with third-party contractors unrelated to the items we provide.
