What’s included

Every bundle includes the core items you need for a smooth D&D: backdrop, audio, visual control, instant print, design pack, and invitation cards. Add-ons like emcee, lighting, performances and extra print hours are available.

Venue has LED wall / in-house AV?

If your venue already provides some items, we’ll adjust the bundle where appropriate (subject to bundle minimums).

Photographer – $160 per Hour

Capture the magic of the evening with professional event photography, covering key moments and candid highlights.

Videographer with Event Highlights Video Editing – $2,200 per 4 hours event

Capture the key moments and atmosphere of the night. We’ll film the event and deliver a polished highlights video that’s easy to share with your team after.

Stage Disco Lighting – $450 per pair

Turn up the energy with a compact stage lighting set, perfect for smaller groups. Includes 2 UFO lights + smoke machine to create a fun dance-floor vibe for entrances, games, and party segments.

Event Lighting Package – $2,800 (up to 250 pax) / $3,600 (up to 350 pax)

Elevate the entire D&D atmosphere with professional event lighting. We set lighting cues for the night so your event looks great in person and on camera, delivering to you brighter stage moments, flattering dinner lighting, and dynamic effects for the party segments.

Extension of Instant Print Station – $150 per additional hour

Extend the instant print fun so more guests can get their photo keepsakes. Ideal if you expect longer queues or want prints available throughout more of the program.

Photowall (12ft x 8ft) – $1150 per unit

A premium photo backdrop that elevates the venue and guest experience. Great for VIP shots, group photos, and branded event moments.
