4R Photo Instant Print Station for Events in Singapore

Make your event instantly more memorable with our 4R Photo Instant Print Station. A crowd-favourite photo activity where guests have their photos taken and printed on the spot as a keepsake.

Choose between a roving photographer (great for mingling and table-to-table) or a stationary setup with backdrop for a cleaner photo area. Props are provided to keep things fun, and every print comes with a customised photo template featuring your logo and event title. After the event, all photos are provided via a download link the following day.

Rates

  • 1 hour — $600
  • $200 per additional hour
  • Rates quoted are per hour rates and prices are nett.

Inclusions

  • Professional photographer + printing assistant
  • Backdrop (choice of silver, gold, or black shimmer fabric)
  • Studio lighting
  • Props (speech bubbles, oversized accessories, etc.)
  • Unlimited 4R prints during booked time
  • Customised photo template design (logo + event title)
  • Next-day download link for all photos

Surcharges

  • Additional $100 surcharge per hour for engagements on Public Holiday Eve / Public Holiday.
  • Please check with us for booking rates on 1st, 2nd and 3rd days of CNY, New Year’s Eve / New Year’s Day.
  • Additional $100 transportation charges apply for bookings in Sentosa, Tuas / Pioneer, Lim Chu Kang / Neo Tiew, Changi Area and Changi Airport.
